Deep Empire Silk Lampshades – Toffee Heavy Pongee Silk

The Deep Empire Silk lampshade is a longer version of the traditional Silk Empire lampshade. The dimensions of the Deep Empire Silk lampshade are similar to the dimensions of the Silk Empire lampshade – the primary difference is the longer length of the Deep Empire Silk lampshade. Both the Silk Empire and the Deep Silk Empire lampshades are characterized by straight wires – and shape – that runs from the top of the lampshade to the bottom of the shade. When dressing lamps in the store, we often opt for the Deep Silk Empire lampshade to shade tall slender candlestick lamps (eg., the traditional Stiffel lamps) – the shape of the Deep Silk Empire mirrors the tall, relatively thin profile of the candlestick lamps.
